Did You Know ? – Picklists

Picklists are on screen reports where you can chose which data items are displayed, how they are sorted and whether the list needs to be filtered. Options can also be set to drill down on a record or edit the details. These are available throughout the Datafile system at both Master Record and Transaction level.

Some common uses are as follows:

• Customer Credit Review
• Unapproved Supplier Invoices
• Orders on Hold
• Stock Items Below Minimum
• Out of Stock Items
• Outstanding Orders for Delivery Today
• Orders Awaiting Invoice
• Goods Due In Today
