Did You Know? – General Database Picklists
Earlier releases have introduced definable Pick Lists into the ledger applications. In our latest
6.9 release, we’ve extended this facility to any Datafile Database table. The Pick Lists allow you to review a set
of records, allowing enquiry options plus updating/editing records as required. Up to 999 lists can be defined and
each list can have it’s own security settings, filtering and business rules configured as needed. These can have a
wide range of uses and often remove the need to create a report.
Users can also define their own colour coding rules to highlight specific
business records. In the example below we highlight Deliveries that are overdue.
