Delivery errors can sometimes be caused by incorrect information being entered onto a
Carrier’s on-line system. With the new DPD Shipment and Consignment Tracking application, the details are
output directly from the Datafile so that there’s no rekeying of dispatch information for label printing.

Consignment references are then imported back into the system so
that parcel tracking can be done directly from the DatafileLedger Enquiries.
